KWL Digital: Secondary Series app for iPhone and iPad

KWL Digital is an app which contains an exciting platform of engaging and interactive religious education content based on the highly popular book series, ‘To Know, Worship & Love’ (KWL). Based on the Catechism of the Catholic Church, the Scriptures and liturgy, this development is a synthesis of methods derived from 50 years of Religious Education experience, and is in line with The General Directory of Catechesis, 1997. ‘To Know, Worship and Love’ has the Imprimatur of the Catholic Archdiocese of Melbourne, Australia.

Further to content based on the original books, KWL Digital is a response to the demands in the education sector for content that enables students to engage on a deeper level with religious educational resources. This is done by providing visually rich and interactive content that facilitates modern pedagogy allowing new ways of exploration and discovery learning. The new and updated content contains live links, objects inviting touch & swipe interaction, various multi-media and additional resources to support existing topics of discussion.

The Catholic Archdiocese of Melbourne, in collaboration with other dioceses remains committed to the ongoing development and transformation of these religious education resources.
